From a 12-time winner of Triple AAA’s coveted 5 Diamond Award to recognition as one of the world’s top hotel restaurants, his success speaks for itself.  He now devotes his full-time efforts to the non-profit organization bearing his name, Bracken’s Kitchen. Becoming acutely aware of the vast disparity between those who have and those who have not, right here in Southern California, Bill has set out to make a difference.
