Davin Waite, Co-Owner, Wrench and Rodent Seabasstropub and the Whet Noodle

After many years as a sushi chef Davin Waite set out to find a forum that would allow him to source and prepare food in a manner consistent with his philosophies. Wrench & Rodent Seabasstropub began as a pop-up but quickly became a destination for those who appreciated Waite’s creative and delicious approach to minimizing waste and celebrating local and sustainably sourced seafood, meats and produce.
